Our Argent Rewards Frequent Guest Program recognizes guests who are traveling on business or pleasure, with complimentary room upgrades and amenities. The program is open to any guest staying the specified number of stays, and no registration is necessary.

What are the Frequent Guest Levels?

Bronze Level (5-14 stays)
The Argent Hotel welcomes you into the Frequent Guest Program when you've stayed with us just five times/stays. With the Bronze Level, you will be upgraded to a beautiful Deluxe guestroom and get 3:00 p.m. late checkout privileges. Plus, you will be treated to a special Bronze Level amenity of your choice.

Choose from:

• Chardonnay, Stone Cellars by Beringer
• Cabernet Sauvignon, Stone Cellars by Beringer
• Assortment of three cookie boxes from Splendid Specialties
• Chocolate Mosaic from Joseph Schmidt, 24 pieces
• Wolfgang Puck French Vanilla Latte with eight piece Chocolate Mosaic
• Bacardi Rum and Diet or Regular Coke
• Argent bottled water and two Larabar Banana Bars
• Knob Creek Bourbon with bottled water on ice

Silver Level (15-29 stays)
After your 15th stay at The Argent, we thank you for your loyalty by upgrading you to a luxurious Deluxe guestroom and offering 3:00 p.m. late checkout privileges.Plus, you will receive a complimentary Silver Level amenity of your choice.

Choose from any Bronze Level Amenity, or:

• Stone Cellars Chardonnay by Beringer with imported cheese and Carr's Water Crackers
• Stone Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon by Beringer with imported cheese and Carr's Water Crackers
• Saint Hilaire French Champagne with fresh strawberry garnish

Gold Level (30-49 stays)
For guests staying between 30-49 stays The Argent Hotel shows its appreciation by offering an upgrade to a spacious Deluxe guestroom and 3:00 p.m. late checkout privileges. In addition, guests will have their choice of a complimentary Gold Level amenity.

Choose from any Bronze or Silver Level Amenity, or:

• Courvosier VSOP Cognac and ten piece Joseph Schmidt Mini Truffles
• Six piece Joseph Schmidt Classic Truffles
• Gold Trio by Torn Ranch

Platinum Level (50 or more stays)
Finally, for those very special guests staying 50 stays or more, The Argent Hotel offers the very best in luxury.Guests will be upgraded to an Executive Suite (based on availability), offering a separate living room area with comfortable plush couches, and floor-to-ceiling windows with gorgeous views of the city skyline. Additionally, The Argent shows its appreciation to Platinum Level guests by offering Guaranteed Room Availability (when booked within 72 hours) and 3:00 p.m. late checkout privileges. Guests also will be treated to a Platinum Level amenity of their choice.
